With CLEMENT Systems, we provide turnkey construction of yacht marinas, buildings, bridges and special structures. Our competence becomes apparent from our long years of experience in small and major projects on national and international sites. We provide comprehensive consulting and develop the effective solutions for any and all projects. Our CLEMENT System is characterized by rugged quality and absolute safety. At the same time, we can still offer you a great degree of flexibility.
In 2005 we patented the concrete construction technology that we had developed. This special construction building technology – which joins individual, large floating concrete structures and forms them into a single rigid system – offers the possibility of creating foundations on water in any dimension, for a great number and variety of building structures. These structures can be joined together, directly on the water.

Safety and quality have top priority in our projects – and to ensure this, we work in accordance with national and international standards. Our projects are certified by the DNV GL, the international accredited registrar and classification society headquartered near Oslo, Norway.
Our long years of experience, research, and development have made us specialists in all aspects involving building on water. Our collaboration in the European Standardization Committee and other professional organizations is a guarantee that we always apply and employ the latest in directives and standards.
Our technology is unique. It offers the benefit of flexibly applying our systems for a great number and variety of requirements and orders of magnitude. We have patented technology that is used to join smaller, individual units to form larger structures. This makes it possible to create stable, floating foundations on the water, which are highly variable in their sizes. The great intrinsic weights of our structures have the outstanding capability of damping heavy swells of water. Their great flotation stability makes it possibility to erect an extensive variety of structures on our floating foundations. We create an individual concrete mix design for every project. Our floating structures are therefore highly effective for acidic as well as for salt water.
For us, a maximum of quality and of conformity to safety requirements represents top priority for our systems. Our projects are under continuous monitoring by our own staff and by outside agencies. We have our systems continuously checked and certified by such prominent certification organizations as the DNV GL – which assures a plus for quality and long service life. Our membership in the Engineering Committee for Water Technology means that we can guarantee that all our projects consistently conform to the latest in standards and directives.
We exclusively use quality concrete. Why do we do this? Concrete and water harmonize outstandingly, since water supports the hardening process of concrete. As a result of this technology, our floating foundations have the extremely long service life of more than 50 years – even under extreme conditions. An additional benefit of CLEMENT Germany floating systems is that they give rise to only very slight costs for maintenance and care

We are always on the search for new technologies, and we continually work toward optimizing our existing systems. The employment of other materials – such as carbon – is only one of many feasible possibilities.
We follow current trends and research studies on urban development, infrastructure planning, and climate change. We are motivated by the idea of making future living and working on the water as simple as possible. Climate change and the resulting rise in sea levels make the vision of floating states a necessity. Our developments for the future therefore include complex scenarios for self-sufficient floating cities. This is our contribution to a global transformation of human living and working culture.
Unsere Betonbauweise ist einmalig. Sie bietet den Vorteil, für vielfältigste Anforderungen und Größenordnungen flexibel einsetzbar zu sein. Wir haben eine patentierte Technik entwickelt, mit der einzelne kleinere Strukturen zu einer großen zusammenfügt werden können. Dadurch ist es uns möglich, stabile schwimmende Fundamente auf dem Wasser zu schaffen, die in ihrer Größe sehr variabel sind. Das hohe Eigengewicht unserer Strukturen besitzt ausgezeichnete seegangsdämpfende Eigenschaften. Die hohe Schwimmstabilität macht es möglich, unterschiedlichste Bauwerke auf unseren schwimmenden Fundamenten zu errichten. Die Rezeptur für den Beton wird für jedes Projekt individuell zusammengestellt. Unsere schwimmenden Strukturen eignen sich dadurch sowohl für saure als auch salzige Gewässer.
Ein Höchstmaß an Qualität und maximale Anforderungen an die Sicherheit unserer Systeme stehen für uns an erster Stelle. Unsere Projekte stehen unter ständiger Eigen-und Fremdüberwachung. Durch namenhafte Zertifizierungsgesellschaften, wie dem DNV GL, lassen wir unsere Systeme kontinuierlich prüfen und zertifizieren – ein Plus für Qualität und Langlebigkeit. Durch unsere Mitgliedschaft im wassertechnischen Fachausschuss können wir garantieren, dass alle Projekte konsequent nach den aktuellsten Standards und Normen entwickelt werden.
Wir verwenden ausschließlich Qualitätsbeton. Warum wir das tun? Beton und Wasser harmonieren ausgezeichnet miteinander, da Wasser den Härtungsprozess von Beton unterstützt. Unsere schwimmenden Fundamente haben durch diese Technologie eine äußerst lange Lebensdauer von mehr als 50 Jahren – auch unter extremen Bedingungen. Ein weiterer Vorteil der schwimmenden Systeme von CLEMENT Germany ist, dass sie mit geringem Wartungs- und Pflegeaufwand auskommen.

Wir verfolgen die aktuellen Trends und Forschungsstudien zu Städtebau, Infrastrukturplanung und Klimawandel. Uns treibt der Gedanke an, künftig Leben und Arbeiten auf dem Wasser einfach möglich zu machen. Durch den Klimawandel und den daraus folgenden Anstieg des Meeresspiegels wird die Vision von schwimmenden Städten zur Notwendigkeit. Wir entwickeln deshalb unter anderem komplexe Zukunftsszenarien von autarken schwimmenden Städten. Dies ist unser Beitrag zu einem weltweiten Wandel der Wohn- und Arbeitskultur der Menschen.
